Josh Reich, Founder and President
Josh Reich, a native of New Yorker, has worked in the fields of executive recruiting
and hotel operations since 1992. He began his hospitality career working in food & beverage management at Loews Hotels at their flagship property in New York City. Throughout his recruiting career, he has partnered with some of the leading international hotel brands, food service companies, and higher education institutions in North America and overseas.
Josh opened an office in China in 2010 to service clients across Asia. He has been invited to speak at various human resource conferences and hospitality schools including Johnson & Wales and the Culinary Institute of America. He has also authored several articles on industry trends. Josh’s degrees include a Bachelor’s in Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Masters degree in Human Resources from Baruch College, New York. He is actively involved in ‘Share Our Strength’, a foundation dedicated to ending childhood hunger.
Born in San Cristobal, Venezuela from a native-Italian family. She started her career in Human Resources in Venezuela working for Multi Nacional de Seguros an insurance company. Afterwards, she moved to Boston, MA to receive her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Leadership from Northeastern University. She worked in Human Resources for the Joslin Diabetes Center and the University of South Florida.
Later in her career, she began working directly under Josh Reich’s leadership at JDRQuest. She is now managing all direct recruitment and management of executive roles for higher education and hospitality management.
